When angry I bake and cook, I know it's weird but it helps when you're pounding on a heap of bread dough. I rather take it out in cooking then on someone and plus my siblings get fresh baked breads, cookies, cakes, as well as pizzas, braciole, manicotti that sorta thing. (Can you tell I'm italian?) Anyway once I'm calmed down I tell the person who made me angry what they said and did and expect an apology if not than I just consider it like above at least my family got freshly baked and cooked meals especially my single brothers who can't cook at all. Than move on.

no, because the trouble of having to apologize to someone else, or to reconcile your actions with yourself is not worth it. better to use some foresight and project ahead to AFTER the storm blows over, and envision yourself as past it peacefully. that can help you get through it in a more calm and dignified manner.

Nope, I either yell or flip them off and I'm generally over it.

Extreme anger is a huge waste of my time and energies.

Good question...unfortunately for me I have to say...I bottle it up...for years...then wham...

Some person, will irk me....and rather than show them I didn't like what they did politely...I just let it all out on them....

I am capable of slamming my brakes on someone tailgating me and just yanking a baseball bat out and smashing all their windows...

Please don't be like me...

depends on where i am. i usually remove myself from the situation and cool myself off. clear my head and try to go back in to confront what has happened. i usually deal with it right away though if i can. i don't like to let things fester

Depends on who this person is....if it's a mere acquaintance, I'd just yell "**** OFF!" and walk away. If it's my kin who pisses me off, I'd piss on him! But I'd never take it out on another person....I don't like the idea of anger going on in circles.
