I have had a rash on my arm and I have 2 things that really help me:Neoceuticals and Benadryl Gel. The first medication smells kinda bad, but it heals up skin quick, and the gel keeps you from itching so it can heal up properly.

This sounds like an allergic reaction. Try to think of whether you were exposed to something recently that you are not usually around. Sometimes as we grow older, our bodies develop allergic reactions to things we were not allergic to in the first place- for instance, my mom is now allergic to crab at the age of 50, but was not allergic to it previously. If this is an allergic reaction, your body is releasing histimine as a form of immune response. This causes the redness- rash and hives. Try an over the counter anti-histamine- generic rite-aid or longs drugs allergy medication will do. Benedryl pills are very effective and also a top pick for lots of people but it has a bad side effect of making you very drowsy. If you do not feel better with in a day of trying the anti-histimine, make an appointment to see a doctor. You don't want to overlook anything. Be sure to stay out of the sun while you are healing, STAY HYDRATED, and don't scratch it- try hydrocortisone 1% topical cream for itch relief.

Looks very much like a serious allergy to me. You go and see a doctor ASAP, please (maybe preferably A&E as a GP may not know much). They may keep you in hospital for 24 hours.
Watch if it develops, make your way to a doctor. I am not joking here (happened to my son, won't go into details now. I am VERY informed on the topic)
And if that was not, they'll tell you. Better be safe.
Antihistamine or steroids will help with I am not sure you should take it before you have medical advice. Do if you start having problems breathing.

You're probably experiencing some kind of alergy reaction to something .. Try some allergy ointement that you can buy over the counter along with some allergy pills . It might take a few days to heal up completely .

Sounds like you are allergic to something. Try an antihistamine. If that does not help, see a doc for evaluation and a prescription medication like a corticosteroid.
If you experience breathing problems, get to a dr. immediately.

sounds like it could be a medical problem that requires a consultation with dermatologist or it could just be dry to the humidity. Try this: After each shower, lightly pat dry with towel, then put on baby oil. These keeps the moisture on your skin. good luck!
