Because you are systematicly and socially trending. Which is close or similar to competing in an event that oppones more than average and generally a great cross section of diverse participants . Because it is addicting and you never know what people are going to ask. You look at one and it leads to another and another and another. You eventually look at the clock and two hours have passed and you wonder how the time went by so quickly.
