the Israeli said the rockets were launched from apartments, is that possible with all the back fire, what will happen to the arab that tricker the rocket?

The rockets are fired from a shoulder launcher, they have no targeting system so they just land where they land. There are no targets, except to hit somewhere in Isreal!

well i wonder why your asking this qustion but i had a crazy neighbour and they got a tennis ball launcher and put rocks in there and shot at neigbours it was terrible coz we had no idea and it could be used as a real bad weapon if it has explosives in it
