delivering pizza around a military instillation makes lots of money around here. My husband's friend delivers on the weekends and some nights he brings home around $100.

car washing service. Walk straight up to your nearest neighbour and ask if he needs a car wash....it worked really well for my brother. It's easy to establish more contacts as well coz your neighbour will promote your service through word-of-mouth.

Sell all your military issued stuff such as guns, ammo, cloths etc etc............then if you have none left then steal some heavy equipmet like tanks, trucks, RPG, etc and start selling those........
