i have nero and it has an option on there to make a bootable cd or a bootable floppy...oh and if its not bootable then obviously its an illegal copy.

If it won't boot up and install it's missing a autorun file.If you are just wanting to boot up an operating system you have installed already then be sure to set your boot order in the bios to CD first then floppy drive second.If you don't have a floppy drive but do have 2 cd drives make sure they are set properly in the bios.If you have an XP operating system cd and it won't install then you may be having problems with your cd drive,like a dirty laser eye, etc.

when u copy disc through nero just select the option to prepare bootable disc........... i think u just saved all files of winxp on hard disc and place them in one folder and u write that folder on next cd............ this things wont do anything......... just copy programs cd using copy disc option......... always try to copy as they are......
