I have a boyfriend I really want to and should stay with. This stranger in a shop I met asked for my number, I rejected him and then after I started liking him. I'm really hating myself for it. if I keep liking this stranger I'm afraid I'll stop loving my boyfriend I'd hate for that to happen because he's so good to me. =( I seriously need help. If I keep liking this stranger, it might mean the end of my relationship with my awesome boyfriend. I'm afraid the answer of "time" isn't going to help. I don't even remember what he looks like. just that he had black plastic thorn hot topic bracelets, I think he was hispanic, 18 and I believe he had a slightly dark small mohawk under his hat (bout probably 3/4 inch high) and he sounded really nice and I rejected him =(. I'll never see him again and I really want to stay loyal to my boyfriend emotionally.

umm....btw some of you assholes. If you haven't noticed..it's a physical attraction. and I DO WANT TO STAY WITH MY BOYFRIEND. That's why I need to stop this physical attraction. JEEZ some of you guys are giving me answers as if I'm planning on cheating on my boyfriend.

You were taken by someone else wanting you. Enjoy it. It is always nice to know. But I don't think you are happy with with your bf. You didn't even say if you had heard from this person. If not, it was a fleeting moment YOU need to get over. It was a sudden physical attraction that happens often in life. If you jump on every physical attraction you have, you have a very slutty woman. Get a grip sweetie! And if you think that a fleeting moment with a stranger you can't even really remember what looked like could jeopardize your relationship, then do your bf a favor and leave now. You're waaaaay to shallow and flighty.

The fact that you rejected him means that you are happy with your boyfriend but, the fact that you still fanatsise over this man means there is something missing from your relationship. You need to take a long hard look at your relationship and decide what it is that is missing. If you cannot find anything then this can be put down as a natural reaction to being flattered.

I've heard this quote a million times...and I'm sure maybe you have.
"Don't leave the one you love for the one you like...because the one you like will leave you for the one they love."
It is very natural to have these thoughts. Everyone does when they're young. I have an unbelievably sweet boyfriend who treats me great and I still have thoughts like yours. It happens to everyone though. Don't feel discouraged. You aren't being unfaithful to him...just a little human, okay? :)

maybe your not as happy with your boyfriend as you think as he done something to upset you at any time . we usually latch on to the thought of other people when we are unhappy. the other man was a fantasy figure and i can appreciate you still want to be with your boyfriend and no you wont stop loving him.the only thing you need to ask yourself is who are you unhappy with most your boyfriend or yourself?

just daydreaming about him won't hurt anything. lots of people do that ...i have too. By him paying attention to you was a nice compliment that you will get many more of in your life and he will get his too but you and your guy just continue to be great to each other.
