A small boy fell into a 60ft long and 16inches wide tube well pit which was covered with a gunny sack while playing on Friday evening...
The Indian army rescued him after 50hours of hard work?
Should the responsible be given punishments? Whats your opinion?
Another 7 year old boy in Kerala also fell into a tube well which was 18 feet deep and 9 inches wide?
The police tried to rescue him..But failed!!!
The boy died in there.
There was also waterin the well below 60 feet.
They took out the child after 72 hours of hard work.
But the child did not come out alive!
This well was also covered with a sack...
How can the people o to avoid such accidents?
What should the government do?
Who are responsible?
Luckily that boy escaped.If there was water inside,same thing would have happened to him...
Are the government palying with the live of children?

Blaming it all on the govt. won't work.
Pits in an area should be filled by the people over there, or the panchayat or municipality can take actions in it.
The govt. is not there so that we can stop doing our duties and blame everything on the govt.If the people over there had taken necessary actions to fill the pit this wouldn't have happen.
