Turhn off the television and internet, get outside and exercise so you'll feel better. Get a dog. Take dancing lessons. Go to church regularly. Sign up for some classes. Do some volunteer work each week.

Don't worry about learning to talk to people --instead-- learn how to ask questions and follow-on questions that keep OTHERS talking --when you learn this trick, they will talk all the time and think you are the greatest conversationalist in the world.

um take a breath just cool of and dont be afrad to talk to someone you can make friends anywere as long as you give the other people a chance

You need to start getting into your "comfort zone" and just start little by little and start having small conversations with different people and you will gradually get better at it until you finally eventually start making more friends.
