Do not apply eyeliner to the inside of your lower eyelid. Do apply it to your upper eyelid in a fat line than use a nice shimmery eyeshadow of a neutral color to smooth out the line. Then apply a smooth line of eyeliner to the lower lid.

I also have small eyes, or at least, they look that way. I use a dark eyeliner, either black or blue to make them seem bigger. If I have a big day I use nuetral shades of eye shadow: beiges, creams, dusty colors. I use a light base over the entire upper eyelide, then a dark shad on the lower portion of the upper eyelide and sort of bring it from the inner corner of my eye up towards the outer corner of my eyebrow. This really opens up the eye area. Then I apply the eyeliner and follow that with a dark brown or black mascara. Good luck!

If you apply eyeliner to both your upper eyelid and lower lash line you will be closing in your eyes and making them look smaller. You should apply a pearl colored eyeshadow first allover your eyelid.. then in crease only, or if you have a "hidden" crease JUST above it, apply a darker (neutral) color to contrast. With the same color use the tip of the eyeshadow applicator and run it along the botton lashes as close to the rim- but not on the rim- as you can. This will give a "shadowy" (no pun intended) affect and make your eyes appear larger. Before you apply mascara, curl your eyelashes. Use a volumizing and lengthing mascara- you'll prob need to use 2 diff ones- 2 coats. These are the same steps I do for mine. Go ahead and practice before you have to actually apply it for the "day". Goodluck.

The best way for the biggest eyes is putting a dark shadow like a brown from the outside of your eye in just a little bit on your lid. Then fill the rest of your lid in with a much lighter color like a cream. And always put a highlighter color from your brow down to your lid crease, like a shimmery gold, but a soft gold.
Only put eyeliner at the outer edge of eye in the shape of a "V"
just a tiny bit in, not across.
Then curl lashes and use a good black mascara.
Also what helps is to brush your eyebrows up and put a clear coat mascara on them (thats what I do and it works great)

Try using a brown or black eyeliner not in liquid, and apply close to the lashline and use a volumzing mascara 1/2 coats on the top and bottom

First take a white eyeliner and line the inside rims. Apply black liner only on the outside three quarters of the eye, don't make it too thick. Wear a light colored shadow but one that contrasts your skin. Curl the lashes and apply curling mascara.

Use eyeliner on the top and bottom of your eye lids. Also apply a lighter color on your eye lid, and darker shade above your eye lid . It will make your eyes more "open" which makes them look bigger. Good luck on your big day!! ;)

It really depends on your eye shape. A couple of things that work most times are putting light shades on the corners and darker shades on the lid. A good mascara helps, too.

Try this http://www.ehow.com/how_2264_make-eyes-look.html
Hope this helps:-) also try to keep your eyes wide and not droopy, some girls do that for a sexy look it only makes the eyes look smaller. Best of luck and have fun on your BIG day:-)
