I can't believe I posted this question lol. Seriously, I don't know where to go. I live in GA. I just don't want to go to clubs. I'm not into that scene. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you live in Atlanta, try and get involved with the local GLBT rights rights organization. I think it's Georgia Equality or something similar. You'll find some non-superficial people that way.

Otherwise, you might try online personals through Yahoo! or somewhere like True.com that is GLBT-friendly. Stay away from eHarmony and the like; those places are brutally awful.

I've lived in metro ATL most of my like. If you have to be gay and in the South, this is the place to be, but that sure isn't saying much.

If you're in a big city most of them have gay 'spots'. Go there and chill out like in a restaurant, coffee shop, bookstore. Or make gay friends online hang with them...assess them as people... and go to their parties and meet their friends.
