Good question. I think the strategy is not to high tech.. Both sides are out to do as much damage as possible to the other. This is not high tech, but it is low intellegence. There are no good guys in this war. Both Israel and the various gorilla groups have been pushed into the position they are at the moment, and they have both lost their nerve.
It takes nerve to not kill each other. It takes nerve to not kill civilians, and it takes nerve to face the fact that all this fighting is not proving anything or improving anything.
If we only could identify the first one who throw the first rock, we would know who started this killing. But that would not work because the side that started had cause.
Both parties are wrong and both are even more wrong. The Arab's, Persians and Jew's are all wrong in there actions.
But, Countries like the United States just continue arming them all for the sake of money instead of disarming them all.
And for what? It just keeps going? Kill! Kill! Kill! Real Bright!

You know, that's a great idea for a high-tech weapon. I'm sure Israel would love to hear about it. Maybe you could develop a prototype right now and then send it to them.

Too bad it's unrealistic though. Casualties happen. Casualties, by definition, are not targets, and thus the death of civilians is not intentional. Therefore, you have no argument.

It seems your question was posted in order to elicit certain responses against the way Israel is handling the recent crisis in the Middle East.

Honestly though, how would a weapon determine a civilian from a threat or target? Stop reading your fantasy and science fiction novels and wake up to the reality that is the 21st century.

The Israeli govt is treacherous. Their agenda is to annihilate as many Arabs as possible. Not just in the Middle East area, but across the globe. They ( the Zionists) have no shame and surely no compassion for anyone but their own Zionists. Hell, they've had alot of war protesters marching in the streets. They've had young soldiers denounce the terrorism that they are told to inflict on the Palestinians. These decent people are facing the courts for refusing to kill innocent people. The original Israeli Orthodox church protest continually. Look up www.nkusa.org. Use your heads and think for yourselves. You have the web to look up such things as Zionists. Ever wonder why the United States taxpayers money goes to Israel? Over 3 billion tax dollars each year. Could it be that the kingdoms of the world are part of the Zionist movement? If you would like to see what your paying for go to http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article 14080.htm. At the same sight check out article 14069.htm....You should also seek out Electronic Lebanon on the web. If you are outraged against what is happening worldwide to the Arab people, get ready, because you will be next. Eradication of 80% of the world's population is here. We as Americans will be the last to fall. We see the signs all around us. It's coming soon, so prepare yourselves for the worst psychological ride you've ever taken. We shall not escape.

All of the civilians in the area have ties with Hezbollah anyway. Besides, Israel was attacked first, and they need to do everything in their power to defeat Hezbollah, and the Lebonese Army. The Lebonese leader vowed to join the antisemitic terrorists in battle against the Jews. It's a new hollocaust/World War. Iran needs to get theirs too. Hezbollah's the one killing countless innocent civilians, and all of this started because of them. Don't even try to make Israel look bad in all of this.

i agree with credible bulk on this one Hezilaba are terrorists they don't care who they hurt or even if they kill each other all they know is war the same with the other terrorists that we are dealing with at this time. I have family that have been in Iraq and Afganistan both and the terrorist don't give a **** about their own family they rape women and children over there and don't even blink an eye. my family has seen it first hand also unless you have been in the military you will never know what our troops get involved in ( do your part and support our troops and our nation because noone else in the world does or ever will nomatter what they might say on TV Americans need to stand up and take pride in our nation we are the strongest nation and we need to keep it that way so that our great-grand children know what it's likes) also watch fox news you'll learn alot about what is going on

Israel has a historic past of not commencing up protection stress activity. Their assaults have very just about continuously been constrained reactions to assaults via their enemies, and that they attempt to objective the attacker at as quickly as (i.e. destroying the vehicle donning the attackers or their superiors, destroying their domicile, and so on.) somewhat of attacking random civilians like Muslims have a tendency to do. Israel has arranged to invade Lebanon, yet in elementary terms in accordance with assaults, not in an attempt to snatch territory. on the different hand, Hezbollah (and different Muslim communities in the area) has been consistantly attacking Israel each and every risk they get, often utilising non-registered combatants ("civilians") who're commonly captured and constrained. in case you tease a canine often sufficient, even a valuable one, it is going to at last attack you lower back - and you have no real to whinge whilst it does. Israel has ultimately had sufficient of this consistent sniping and is battling lower back with a vengence. additionally, Israel is battling in the open and warning the factors it fairly is concentrated on to grant the civilians in those factors an possibility to get out of how. Muslim terrorists consisting of Hezbollah on no account do this. Hezbollah is, basically, hiding in the back of women & little ones, and then screaming with feigned indignation that "Israel is concentrated on women & little ones!" whilst such civilians are injured or killed. that's cowardace in the severe, and such deaths can in elementary terms be on the heads of the Hezbollah, not Israel. Honorable combatants would not cover in the back of women & little ones. Honorable combatants warn non-combatants to get out of how.

Hezbollah fires rockets from apartment windows. They build make shift weapons out of big pipes and mount them on ordinary trucks. They make car bombs. They shoot rockets and guns from inside the schools and hospitals. They do this stuff on purpose so they create propaganda that sounds like Isreal is a bad guy doing the unthinkable.

If the terrorists are useing children as sheilds, the children get killed and the terrorists are plenty willing to get the children killed. If it makes their propaganada better to get the innocent, women, children whoever killed they will. The media eats that up, and you swallow the BS hook line and sinker!

Israeli armaments commit mistakes hitting civilians instead of the Hezbollah guerillas. Moreso, the civilians give protection and supports the Hezbollah guerillas thereby becoming part of the carnage.

Israel does everything reasonable to minimize civilian casualties.

Hezbollah and Hamas want to maximize civilian casualties on both sides.

Once you decide to hide missiles in your house for one of these jihad cults, you give up your status as a "civilian".
