Technically, anything you put in your body your baby can get too. However, for twilight sleep they use a medication called Versed (generally) that makes you relaxed, and causes you not to remember anything about the procedure (you're awake the whole time). They don't have to use very much of it, and my guess is it didn't do any harm to your baby. But to be safe, if you think you are pregnant, see a doctor and let him know that you went under twilight sedation.

I don't know...they say the first and third trimester are the most dangerous ones to have any type of anything done...The first thing I'd do is find out if I was pregnant, then discuss this with my doctor that I had this done and see what he/she says.
I know they say don't smoke, drink, take narcotics, and all this because it can harm your baby. I don't see what the difference would be.

Can't answer about the sedative, but definately test to see if you are pregnant then speak to your ob/gyn about your concerns. Chances are, if you are pregnant, the baby is fine.

the minute you go to the doctor make sure you tell them several times if you have to that you are pregnant--they have the proper drugs for that but you must tell them---great question at least you are bright enough to think about those things

Yeppers. Certain meds can mentally retard the baby. That's what happened to my uncle.
