What exactly are you saying here? That women are intellectually superior to men and willing to compromise their IQ's with superficial attention to their appearances to simply attract a male? Here's a good rule of thumb I've learned from life: don't believe the things "they" say until you learn the facts.

Preoccupation with looks causes general IQ on appearance and being presentable to rise.It raises self esteem. Its the time and thoughts being spent on looks and the opposite sex that could be a possible factor to lowering IQ.

Have you ever wondered which hurts the most?
Saying something and wishing you hadn't?
Or saying nothing and wishing you had?
I guess the most important things are the hardest things to say.
Don't be afraid to tell someone you love them.
If you do, they might break your heart
If you don't, you might break theirs.
Too many of us hide our true feelings because we are too afraid to care too much, for fear that the other person does not care as much, or even at all.
Don't be a person who has to look back and wonder what theywould have done, or could have had.
*What would you do if every time you fell in love you had to say good-bye?
*What would you do if you loved someone more than ever and you couldn't have them?

I think many do 'dumb down' in order to attract men. I don't think it's an IQ drop necessarily but rather a reponse to societal values.

This sounds bad, I know. But a lot of people are really naive and stupid. In other words I don't think that they have to work very hard to come off as stupid. There are a lot of hot girls out there who think though. Don't write them off just because they look good. Remember the "reading a book by it's cover" story.

Why can't both genders accept the complex set of differences and make them work together for successful relationships? Would you really want to have only relationships in which all things were perfectly equal? How boring!

Yes they do if they sense that they deal with such a man that "needs" that trick. But because they are smarter than man in that department, they tune the I.Q right back up after the mission is accomplished and they got the guy.

well, the IQ focuses also on simple things people that have alot of free time can notice, so if you take that free time to make yourself prettier, instead of noticing that 3 squares might fit in a box, then i am PROUD TO SAY THAT MY IQ IS LOW!!!

no, your IQ drops in the womb when your sex is decided, it has nothing to do with the opposite sex, there is a scientific link to estrogen and IQ

Parents teach their children how to act in relation to other people, especially how to act in relationships. My father was verbally and emotionally abusive, but my mother never showed any fear of him in front of my sister and I, and so we learned to refuse to act dumb or subservient to "bag" a man. Women (and men) only act the way they learn to act. Plenty of people have said it, but I will repeat it, because it still hasn't happened. To change the way society is, parents have to change the way they raise their SONS.
