How do you lock folders (password accessed) that you don't want others to see?

right click the folder, select send to-----> compressed(zip) folder. now u can add password to the zipped folder. click file and select add password. same password is for all files in the folder.

u wanna lock folders than there are softwares used for these, which are avialable for free on the internet, you can go to download.com ,one such software frequently used is folderlock.
