Be the best boyfriend ever and support her in the decision she makes. You both made this baby, you`re both responsible. Don`t be mean, don`t be frustrated, and don`t make decisions or say things that you will regret later. It is a confusing time for her too. Be a man, be strong and be proud, she needs you now more than ever. All the best...

Be a man. Get a job, plan to keep it and plan to be a dad. Improve yourself.
Hey it's hard to be a dad when you're young and wanting to live your life but that's over unless you want to end up a deadbeat dad.
I wouldn't do that and couldn't . I love the kids too much to deprive them. It's not their fault they're here. It's mine and moms. Not really fault but you get the idea!!!

2. Go back in time and don't have sex unless you're ready for the responsibility.
3. Grow up fast, because you've got some serious decisions to make, you dipshitt.

from a girl who had to tell her boyfriend this very news (now my husband...we are blissfully happy and LOVE our six month old son)
just breath. be together. talk a lot. look ahead. support each other. you are pregnant too, just not medically. you are tied to that baby. she is the vessel but you both made the seed.
hang in there, good luck...it ended up being our greatest blessing.

Find the guy who got her that way, and let him know.
If you're that guy...be there 100% for the kid, and make good decisions.
As for the girlfriend, don't fake that you love her if you don't.
If that's your child in her, she needs your help right now...
Just be there for her, and find medical insurance if you don't have it for her.

One of you needs to stay in school, looks like it's going to be an uphill battle, but not the end of the world.

If your old enough marry her
if your in your teens I suggest you talk to a doctor immediately and he will give you options of what to do as your next step
