The situation started since last Fri.. When i wake up after 7-8 hrs sleep, i feel still sleepy, with tired and dry eyes. And every night i had wierld dreams (i'm a usual dreamer, but these days' dreams are too wierd)..
How to improve the situation?

Hi, i'm also experiencing the same as you.
Are you tense and under some kind of stress?
Bcoz for myself i feels that it should be I think too much in the day. Try not to have a full stomach before you sleep and soft calming music helps too.

Are you eating or drinking before bed? I know sometimes if I eat right before I go to sleep I have weird dreams. Did you recently move or start school or quit smoking? Anytime something major changes in my life, I often have weird sleep also. It could be a number of factors. If it doesn't stop soon I'd call your doc.

I was once told that if you die in your dream, you will die in real life. Eg if you dream of falling off a cliff you will normally wake up before you hit the bottom because it will kill you in real life if you hit the bottom. I don't know how true it is but i wouldn't want to try it!

Is there any major changes in your lifestyle recently? For me, normally I take a cup of milk before I go to sleep and I can sleep very well.

You may want to change your mattress. I found that when I slept on a firmer mattress I slept a lot better.
