Let me get this right - you have "babies" and you are looking for a new man and you think big boobs will get your there.
- I don't think so, seems a little desperate.
The only thing he will bring into your life is more da - babies. He will then dump you and marry someone with small saggier boobs with children who will bring something more into the marriage then chronic surgery problems relating to implants.

This, of course, depends on certain factors. For example, if the person in question is a man, neither option is really acceptable if the object is to optimize appearance. However if this individual is a woman, several factors should be considered. How old is she? if she is 86 she is probably past the age where this would be a major concern. She would be more concerned with, for example, being able to walk to the toilet. If she is 15, she should stop watching TV, and do some homework. But if you are speaking of a woman in her sexual prime, then certainly the status of her breasts is of the utmost importance. If she has good teeth, and reasonable posture, I would say that perhaps breasts in size 38d would not seem out of place. These can be readily obtained at most good medical facilities for about $7000. If her teeth are bad, or completely gone, I would advise her to get those repaired first. Its probably too much to expect that anyone can get past a toothless smile, no matter how stupendous her breasts are. A few mising teeth is not so bad, if she knows how to hide them with a cigarette, or cigar. There are men who actually prefer small saggy breasts, but generally these are "nose pickers" who have trouble holding a job. Many of them are in the South, where they can be seen at barbeques, near a pile of beer cans. There are risks to breasts implants, the most common of which is known as "post op ossification", where the breast tissues become nearly as hard as rock, and of course this is not a good thing. Another problem is a form of skin irritation known as "presarphilis" which is uncontrollable itching. There is of course a third option, that was not contained in your question. And that is the option of the woman gaining weight. If a normal woman gains, say, 60 pounds, her breast size will increase 1-2 cup sizes. A gain of 100 pounds would be even more. This option is less expensive than surgery, and is easily done. A woman who is really committed can can 15 pounds a month, just by eating sweets with each meal. So in 6 months or so, her breasts will no longer be "small", but they still may be saggy. Many women have used this option. Nothing can be done about gravity, and its best to live with it, and understand how it works. There are innumerable books in any library that will discuss gravity in laymans terms. I hope this helps. In the meantime it may be comforting to know that there are many other women who hate their breasts, but still lead happy productive lives. Some of them work for the government. , as well as for private contractors. A half a box box of kleenex stuffed into a bra, will bring immediate, inexpensive, but temporary results while a person is deciding what do do next. I wish you the best of luck.

it's all a matter of opinion really. You will probably have about a 50/50 split of opinion with the answers you get to this question. Because a lot of guys just think in terms of simply what looks more attractive. That said, the answers you get may also be a little swayed due in part to the way you ask your question. Think about it "is it better to have small and saggy boobs, or (presumably) big and beautiful breast implants?" It almost begs for a certain response, which you may or may not want to hear. As for myslef, in all cases, i prefer natural. Big or small, saggy or perky and firm, i feel natural is 1000% better, and haven't found anything to convince me of anything different, or any reason whatsoever to change my opinion. if your looking for advice, keep it natural. I think ultimately you'll feel better about yourself because you will NEVER have to second guess "did they like me just for my fake boobs or...?"... Good luck

I wouldn't trust advice from the Internet about cosmetic surgery. If you want surgery go to your gp and get some impartial advice. There's almost definatley a procedure for lifting your breasts so don't worry about that, however it may be more expensive if it is a rarer procedure. If it's any consolation I don't think they are oddly shaped just saggy and you look bigger than a b cup to me. Good luck

My choice is natural. It is not your breasts who define who you are - it is your personality and how you treat others.
Breast implants have been known to leak, there is a long and painful recovery after breast augmentation surgery, and there may be more costly maintenance down the road.
Smaller is closer to perfection in my book - and it is also cheaper and healthier!
Whatever you decide, I wish you all the best.

i wouldn't care so much about what others thought on the subject after all it's you body all that matters is how you feel. If having implants will make you happy and more secure with yourself go for it to hell with what other people think... Good Luck

Before you spend your hard earned money on implants, find a guy who loves you for you and not for some fake tatas.
Just be yourself.
