in case your health care professional gained't try him, then take him to a special health care professional. you're the mummy and allowed to regulate medical doctors. My daughter had subject matters besides even as she changed into born. honestly at a million month we were advised to apply apple juice diluted 1/2 juice 1/2 water to assist her poop and it worked wonders. She also had colic and had to be on soy formulation by using a milk insensitivity. She is two years old now and nonetheless desires apple juice to pass often and we use mylicon drops on her besides, We nonetheless dilute the juice however otherwise she receives diarrhea from it. She has a sparkling pediatrician as we've moved seeing that she changed into born and we've determined that if she continues to be like this next twelve months, then we may have an ultrasound performed to make confident there is not any longer some thing more effective severe incorrect with her. on the on the spot the juice works, for a even as we theory perchance she might want to go without it yet 2 days of no juice earlier this summer season and boy did she scream no longer from having the apple juice because she also likes to drink ice water yet because she couldn't poop however she tried. She is amazingly smart and could honestly let us know if some thing is hurting on her. you may also try lining the bottom of the bottle with darkish karo syrup that has worked also on party or use a touch brown sugar in his toddler nutrition.

May not be constipated. True constipation is yielding pebbles. My doctor says to try pear juice. It works better than prune juice. Give 2oz full strength for medicinal purposes if necessary.

Corn syrup..which anything you give them I would ask the pedi first...and there are a couple others I cant remember right now...just call your pedi and they can tell you. It is best to contact them anyhow seeing as how they know your baby and have all of your childs health facts etc at hand. Make sure you know its safe first.

I use karo syrup.. just a teaspoon add it to their milk and within a few hours, you'll have a nice stinker waiting for you. Use the clear kind... If this dosen't help.. get the baby to the doctor!

I ended up having to switch my baby to straight formula called Enfamil Gentlease Lipil to get him going again. You might also try giving him some apple juice diluted with water. One ounce of water to one ounce of juice. The frozen juice made regular then diluted down again works great....
good luck

You could be giving him the wrong kind of formula. He might be getting to much iron from you and the formula. call your doctor and ask what she suggests. when my son got constipated my doc. told me to give him a bottle of 4oz water to 2 TBS of white KARO syrup and it really helped a lot

It might be the formula. Some of it will constipate babies, especially the ones with added iron. Some babies are sensetive to it. But ask your dr. to be sure.
