Those naruto-like outfits are bought at comic alle or comic quest.. But those who are into simple japanese clothings like mini-plaited skirts, etc.. There are no distinct place to look for.. Japanese trend clothings are not quite that big at Philippines.. But I sure wish they would look into this possibility.. I'm also into such styles.. Hehe
