My superhero would start out as a young energy creature way out in space and was captured as a source of power. As it grew it's power also grew and they found they could not contain it any more then a scientist found it was some what sentient. Another scientist was working on a metal that can resist all types of energy and magic. The fist sole this technology and in-cased the energy creature inside a suit made entirely out of the metal only opening are eye holes holes in the palms of it's hands and the bottoms of it's feet, although the creatures energy could escape from these holes the nucleus the center of the creature could not and it was trapped, and he believed he could use the creature because it was only semi sentient but it was still in a larval stage. It finally woke from and wanted to leave. Because of the awesome power of the creature the suit had limitless strength, can fly and shot energy out of hits hands and eye, and had limitless power. had limitless power. It does not eat or recharge, and because of the armor it is impervious to energy and magic. I have not though of a name yet tho, i was thinking of "the suit" or "energy" but they don't have that ring to them

You're basically describing 'Wildfire' from The Legion of Super Heroes' in D.C. Comics, who was sentient energy contained in a suit.

Aside from that, it's pretty difficult to make a character comprised of energy sympathetic to the reader. I'm not saying it's impossible, but you'll need to find an angle which allows the character to show some sort of vulnerability, especially emotionally.

Good luck.

Not bad. It's almost like a herald in some ways, yet not affiliated with Glactus. The interesting thing will be how this alien intelligence that is not bound to matter develops in a world full of beings that are. The suit will enforce some of our outlook on it as it grows, but at heart, the suit is a cage whereas for people it is their self. Could be an interesting and chaotic character, especiialy if a super villain ever managed to learn of it and try to sway it to their side. A touch on the too powerful side maybe, but the nascent intelligence offsets that, as well as now being trapped in the suit. Might be a better twist that the suit feeds off the energy within aking it stronger than the scientists designed, so they can't figure out how to get it off either. Crucible could be a good name, as it means a fiery chamber.

That whole "energy being in a containment suit" idea was used in the 60s as one the members of the Legion of Super Heroes in DC's Adventure Comics. Don't remember the name of the character but the resemblance is striking.

i really like the idea but i dont know what you mean by magic..i can understantde sceince side of the creatue but magic take the creature from one the normal mortal can identify with to like say Harry potter..i love the idea 8-10 but i would dump the part about magic caue superheros dont really dabble in that.its more sceince and super sceince ,magic is too variable..but good luck and rock on with him/her? How about Vault? or Emploder? or Quasar? also mabey his emotional contact can be his longing to find his origin( mom/dad/creator) that would give him an emotional side to fight for and bring the averagae reader more connection.....

To me it kinda sounds like your trying to trap Phoenix (aka Dark Phoenix) from Xmen into a metal suit, but that's just my opinion.

my hero would be "long, flaxen haired, with a green ribbon tied at the bottom of his hair, worn and torn, he'd be 27 years old, and a skilled swordsman, master of the Fast Draw, he'd have hazel eyes, and a black shirt, a tan shirt going over it, and ripped blue jeans. Jack Van Burace. hahahahahahaha yours is good too.

So, i think of New Zealand is the main under rated try cricket team in the international or i think of South Africa is the main efficient try cricket team in the international.

Well, it sounds like a bit like Iron Man, Superman, Venom (or at least the symbiote), and the big Japanese guy from STORMWatch.
