Constructive Critism: You have good potential, however, the head to me seems very small, also, the hips and feet seem extra large, the length of the face seems short for an anime character, keep up the good work and you will get better!
Suggestion to help you get better, always start with a large sheet of paper so you have a lot of room to work with, sketch out roughly what you want to draw lightly in pencil to make sure the proportions are right, Its been a while since I have drawn anything but I believe for male characters its the body is about 6 heads high, and for a female its either 5.5 or 5, I could be wrong on that.
