Yes i've succeed that challenge many years ago but it takes alot of dedication and sacrifices to make . I keep imagining that i wanted to be like a greek myth God with a perfect body rock hard ripped abs flawless skin and stuff like that. I spent like 4 hours a day on abdominal workouts i never break it into sets but i just do it without any rest its going to be crazy and you need to be totally psyched out. I punish my abs doing 2k each without rest for upper lower and obliques when it got too easy i took up challenges defying gravity and doing ab exercises over the pull up bar. And spent lots of time getting vain and making sure i dont have a single pimple go for a few treatments here and there so its just like worshipping yourself and all eyes follow.

Yes my brother and my sister-in-law have great bodies at about thirty. They have been weightlifting and jogging since they were teens. They get up at four (when I go to bed) and work out together. then it is off to work. They also eat healthy and take the right supplements. I on the other hand do not exercise at all and am 215lbs at 5'7'', very bad.
