Make up a flyer and hand out in your neighborhood. Tell them that you will do yardwork, misc chores around the house, sell stuff for them on ebay (I do this for folks who havne't figured out how to do this) give basic computer lessons, wash cars, pet sit while they are away.etc. - no job too small-
Hand it out to all your neighbors and one or two will call. Once you;ve done a good job, you can ask them to refer your nake to others and you will get more and more calls.
Thats a start.

You could do a paper route, or if you are in a state that allows 15 year olds to work, get a work permit from school. You could also cut grass, wash cars, general housework or yard work could earn you money.

try cleaning peoples houses, or cutting their grass, or even babysitting.
