It sounds like you don't have a lot of positive reinforcements in your life. Sometimes you just have to be your own best friend and tell yourself that you can and will succeed. I am 23 years old and just starting to find my way. I am going back to college to get my degree. Some of my most successful friends didn't know what they wanted to do until they were 40 and older. You just have to think about what you want to become, and work hard to get there. I promise you that being 16 will be a distant memory in only a few years.

Find out what interest you and persue it. Don't worry about the little things they come and go so fast you'll be 30 before you know it. Go online and get the lyrics to the song sunscreen class of 99. your life is just starting, I am 32 and just now figuring out what degree I am going to get. You have 16 years to catch up. Good luck and remember some of the greatest people never thought they would amount to anything until they found the one thing that inspired them.

Here's the thing about that.... your outlook determines your reality. So if you continue to think that you're going to be a nobody, it's likely that that's what you'll end up as.

Inversely, if you have a positive attitude, that you can be something of significance, then it's likely that that's what will happen.

I think everybody feels like that when they are a teenager. You are still limited to what you can and can not do see it feels like you'll never get anywhere. Just keep moving and before you know it the age restraint days will be over. Trust me you'll feel a lot better then.

You will be a nobody if you keep asking questions like that. Make a goal and set out to achieve. When achieved set out and achieve another. Keep doing it and soon you will be so busy adn busy networking that you will forget that question.

You sir are the star of your life...there will be many co-stars that will be important to you but you will be the one for sure constant in all your days. So ...shape yourself and mold yourself into the kind of person you want to spend all that time with. Be your own hero and someone you like. Never do anything that you know you will be ashamed of.
