Futurama beats Family Guy by a nudge. Just because they actually had storylines, whereas FG can often be almost nothing but asides and non sequiturs.
But Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law trumps them all.

I would say E, but that show got cancelled. So C would be my second choice, considering I can't stand the other shows you listed. I still think House is the best show ever.

A. I guess it's because they use real world, current issues and make them laughable. It's a newer show and that always adds to it.
