I'll try to rattle one off. Good thing it doesn't have to rhyme, but I'll see if I can make it.
I rose out of bed,
silently shutting the door,
leaving you lay where I just
laid before.
I put on the coffee, and
walked down to the lake,
threw my prayers over the water,
up with the wind,
turned around and
went back in, agin. :)
I did all the things, a woman
must do.
I sat down to rest, but my mind
rested on you.
Without knowing why, my feet
hit the floor and
I found myself going back,
through the bedroom door.
You lay there sleeping,
your face was hid
I wanted to wake you,
so under I slid.
Before I could touch you,
my eyes had to drink
your beauty yet untold
made my heart sink.
I placed my sweet kisses on
the back of each hand, one on your forehead
one on each cheek ,my kisses
did land.
My nose nuzzled your ear, your cheek, and
your chin
when you started to stir, I let
my fingers begin.
They stroked your hair,
ever so fine, they caressed
your soft skin,
unblemished with time.
My hand wandered down, to your
place down below
felt the large swelling there, and knew
it must go.
Suddenly my touches,
weren't so light
your eyes fluttered open, and oh
what a sight.
Blue eyes met brown, like the
sky to the earth
I couldn't stifle my smile, for all
it was worth.
Your hand reached out, and touched
my chin
I touched yours back, and thought
"let the day begin".
I whispered to you "Good morning, love", and sent another thank-you
to the One up above.
As we stood up, I held you so
tight
And knew right then, you were
my morning light.
I planted more kisses, across
your face
before laying you down, to get
rid of the swelling, caused by
the gelling, in your private
little place.
I nuzzled your ears, your chin. and
your nose
your belly, your knees, and even
your toes.
I held you above me
brown eyes to blue,
the earth to the sky
a love ever true.
Out the door I went again, you
in my arms
your sweet little giggle
and all of your charms.
One last kiss, before I
put you down, equipped
with your bottle
One last nuzzle, and your gone
at full throttle.
From around the corner, I see you
peek at me
Blue eyes to brown.

I love to write poems. Let me try some freestyle:
My eyes get heavy, they almost close.
My eyelids drop as the wind blows.
So sleepy from a battle.
A battle of love.
Slip into a deep sleep.
I don't know what i'm dreaming of.
I see you in the midst, with the smile I recognize from a crowd.
Wanna love you.
But I don't know if i'm aloud.
We're the same in every way.
But only in my dreams you seem to stay.
Don't want it to end but also don't want it to start.
Maybe we'll be better apart.
It's a little corny but I like it.

written to my ex when he was trying to gain custody of our kids ( he lost )
Its an angry poem but it was better to write it then get a gun and hunt him down (that was my first thought LOL)
***************************************************
I hate you with every inch of my being
I pray the devil one day you will be seeing
I so want to be the one to put you there
Watch your back, baby you best beware
I'll hunt you down, you can not run
You'll pray for mercy before I'm done
Why couldn't you just let me be
No, total control you wanted over me
Well one day, the tables will turn
Its in hell that you will burn
And while the flames continue to flicker
Thats me in the background as I snicker.
