We have two gliders, male and female just like yours, they are neat. Make sure that they are getting all of the nutrients that they need, cause if they don't their legs can become paralyzed. We give ours fresh fruit and veggies everyday. Apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, grapes, mango, papaya, yam, broccoli, and sweet peas are all foods they they like, we also buy some vitamins from a website called exoticnutrition.com. It is very easy to use, just sprinkle a pinchful over the food you give them for dinner, then just for good measure we keep a bowlful of zookeepers secret sugar glider food(also bought off the Internet) in their cage at all times, just in-case they wake up and need a snack. Good luck and have fun!

The URLs given already are a great place to start. There is a book on sugar gliders that is readily available at most pet stores that I recommend as well (I don't recall the name, but I have never seen any other book on the pet store shelves on gliders, so it shouldn't be hard to find). You may also want to check out Yahoo!groups since there are several active mailing lists dedicated to gliders.

Congrats on your gliders!

Gliders are really fun pets to have. Now that you have a pair I would read up all I could about breeding gliders and diets. The most popular diet out there is BML. I myself use the Sugar glider exotic diet. Sugar glider central is a wonderful community to learn about sugar gliders. I am also a member on glider central.

I agree glidercentral.com is a great place for info. Mother in-law had some they were great but had a really bad stench from cage. I thought that she didn't clean the cage enough. There was always fruit flies around them. We were glad she found them a new home though.
