I like the ginger idea, but when I was pregnant, my doctor told me to keep dry crackers on my night table and eat them before I got up out of bed.

I also carried them wherever I went.

The only thing that worked for me was getting a regular schedule of sleeping and eating. I had to go to bed or nap at the same time every day and eat at the same times. I realized, I felt the sickness when I was tired or hungry. The other thing that helps, is eating crackers before you get out of bed in the morning. (I know, messy for crumbs but no sickness). Good luck and congratulations!!!

Ginger!! Get a piece of fresh ginger root at the grocery store in the produce section. Peel it, slice some up and make it like tea. It will burn your thoat when you drink it (cuz it's really spicy) - but the very second it hits your stomach ! AHHHH relief. Instant relief. it is unbelievable. Doesn't matter if you drink it cold or hot. Perfect natural remedy for car sickness, too.
