The beeps are "codes" for particular errors. Depending on your Motherboard's BIOS manufacturer the codes will mean different things.

I'd suggest removing every card in your computer, including only 1 slot of memory, EXCEPT the video card. UNPLUG everthing to the computer EXCEPT for the keyboard, mouse, monitor and see if it starts.

*IF* you still get same beeps, Swap the memory, and try again.

If nothing still, try swapping out keyboard, then the mouse one at a time.

Last resort is to substitute the video card (Boot in SAFE MODE ( if given the opportunity)

*IF* that still fails to allow the computer to boot up, it's most likely the motherboard or the power supply.

give details on the beep's, the frequency between the beep's, are they long one's or short or both. The reason's for the beep's could be many, so knowing these details will help point out the problem.

Have you got any other peripherals plugged to your motherboard? Plug it out if you have and boot your motherboard with the min. devices needed (e.g HDD cd-rom rams) and see if there's any error.

What kind of beeping sound does your mobo signals?
