I keep dreaming that some guy with a white mask is sitting on my porch and that if he looks at me through the window, something terrible will happen.

It's not KKK, he has more of a hockey mask on. Now, I only had the dream once. I live in a neighborhood where no ones racist, no crime happens, million dollar houses, and the police will send a whole squad to get a cat from the tree.

Either tell yourself that's a dream or nightmare. Then try to wake yourself up. OR confront it in your dream...look around you and see what you can do to make him go away or hurt him. Tell yourself that he can't hurt you.
I suggest you also look in an online dream dictionary what a white masked man means...it couls be something bottled up in your subconcious.
