Conservatives are so defensive, aren't they? Its shocking how they don't have an iota of analysis, its all just name calling, thats the best they can do. You are right, the Constitution has been gutted by the people who swore to uphold it. The English is crystal clear, no cruel or unusual punishment, and you must either be charged with a crime, given bail, or released but you can't be held indefinitely without charges even being filed. And you can't have your communications monitored or your house be searched without a warrant. Only now you can. The words of the Constitution are now empty of any real meaning. And people who call themselves "conservatives" or "strict constructionists" or advocates of "original intent" are cheering it on. Incredible. It was a nice Constitution, I really liked it.

Wow do you even know what the Constitution says or are you just repeating one of your liberal professor's words? Even if all you say about Bush taking away our rights is true, someone has to bring their particular case before the SC before they can do anything about it. They are a COURT which means they have to hear all the facts and details of the case and all that is involved before handing out judgments, they can't just start arbitrarily make judgments on someone's actions without ever holding hearings or a trial.

that's concepts-blowing! Its the previous those that are no longer afraid to speak out that have some somewhat good factors. there replaced into an previous congressman that replaced into between the very very few that spoke out against Bush and the war in IRAQ lower back interior the early days after 9/11 - or maybe he replaced right into a senator - "poultry" replaced into his final call i think of. He stated some somewhat good issues, yet no person listened. and that i think of Lee right that's making some somewhat somewhat good factors!! human beings are outsourcing each and every thing oversees. u . s . is turning out to be further and extra based on different international places with all this outsourcing - its very confusing to discover some thing to purchase made in North u . s .. you are able to't be patriotic in spite of in case you desire to be. i can work out customers wanting to maintain money, and why could I care the place some thing is made? however the business enterprise leaders and the political leaders could be conscious of greater effective. u . s . became great via having the flexibility to make issues, and be conscious of u . s . is letting all and sundry else make issues for them. attempt and discover some thing made in u . s .. And in case you do, purchase it! help your nearby jobs and economic gadget and business enterprise. shop at places that do help nearby jobs and economic gadget and business enterprise. that is great to purchase a product that has an fairly low-priced, however the cost must be paid someplace - in case you do no longer pay the cost, who's? somebody would be getting paid as low as conceivable. And the product is made remote places. Make judgements which will create the country you desire to stay in, and which will manage you and your neighbours precise. Vote for somebody who thinks approximately those issues. And vote along with you cash and don't in basic terms purchase the main inexpensive priced products. as a results of fact the cost will could desire to be paid someplace.

Do you even know what the constitution says? Who follows it? The school system has ripped the heart out of the constitution and failed to pass on the heritage of our nation - you are most likely a product of the propoganda being fed to students by a large liberal teaching faction.

Remember, his office picks the nominees! The president himself is supposed to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Problem with that is that it takes freaking too long for the cases to get all the way to the S.Court then they have to accept reviewing the case.
Shoot at this rate, by the time they get all the cases concerning his administration, the next president will be in office.

Hey... that's a very politically motivated, very biased, and very ignorant question.
Everything Bush has done has been done with Congressional oversight. If you have a problem with the Patriot Act or domestic spying, I suggest you vote out the incumbent Senators in the '06 election.
Until then, please ask fair and rational questions.
