No, rape is non-consensual sex with a PERSON. A dead body is not a person under the law, but property belonging to the family to be disposed of as they wish. Necrophilia means love of the dead--it is not a crime but a description of a act.
That being said, it probably is a crime in most states to "have sex"* with a dead body. It is a property crime, though--not a crime against the body that was formerly a person.
*you can't really "have sex" with a dead body.

Of course, it is called Necrophilia first of all, and if they catch you it's mighty embarrassing, illegal, and VERY unhygenic. You won't just get charged with rape but with many othre things, things you probably haven't even heard of, e-mail me for more info on necro stuffs
