Tissues are groups of cells with specialized function. Fingers contain bone tissue, skin tissue, nervous tissue, all of which are nourished by the blood/circulatory system.

Everything in the human body is tissue. Bones, organs, ( including skin) tendions, muscles,nerves, brain, fascia etc ~ all specailized tissues with specific jobs.

Fingers HAVE Tissue, they aren't tissue themselves.
