tell them that you need to get on some kind of birth control. when they ask you why just say that you would rather be safe then sorry....if your afraid that they will not approve of who your doing it with then its better to wait and try to make them see that he is someone who is very special to you....it is you decision when you are ready to have sex...if you tell your parents that you want to get on birth control they will think its very responsible of you. good luck....i know this was a tough one for me to!

Too much information. If you are old enough to be having sex. it is none of their business. If you think you need to tell them, by all means do, but then you are not old enough to be doing it if you have to explain it to your mommy and daddy.
