(i think my greatest strenchs are goal oriented approach and possitive thinking then how can i express it with a HR person in interview and also please narrate some success stories relating these stengths

I am a person that cares and someone you can trust. I am trying to prove who I am on the internet. But I think I am scaring people away. Because people really have a hard time to trust anyone.
Oh well, I will still keep trying. That is another strength I have, don't give up.

Not letting others to know my weekness and work on it constantly to get over it
The other person who is gonna sit b4 u is also a human, he is not gonna have power to curse u for somethinh u might do wrong.. He may b the HR but they r the person who can understand the human better, thats wat they r paid for, and they do know that every one do mistakes( they also).. so when u go next time respect them as a other human but not feat them... they usually don't like one who afraid.....

When I tell people what I do for a living I get a strange look and comments like "You poor thing!" I teach 8th grade and love it. So I guess mine is patience.

i wud say m a quick learner...i cud easily grasp any ideas and i can keep up with any work i just learned...given that i was taught properly...
