IPOD Help please?

I want to add mores songs, but when i update my ipod, there is no change. Because there were so many songs before, iTunes decided to make this adminstrator's 3 playlist. but that's only because i pressed the button like twice. how can i update my songs without deleting any and remove the adminstrator's playlists and keep the recently added, recently played, etc.?

u cant if u have too many songs u need a bigger one if u wanna do that
