Is it a "european" style or older "american" style? Clamping from back side of rim or center cone over center opening of rim? Two links below will get you in the ballpark. Just look at the symbols by the pedals to see what they do when pushed/pressed. All tires are the same: Release air, remove wheel weights, break both beads , remove/install tire, inflate, balance. DONE. Good luck.

Position wheel/tire on machine, release air pressure, remove wheel weights, lock down wheel, break top and bottom tire bead from wheel, hook release tool under top bead and force over top of wheel, repeat for bottom bead. Replace air stem if needed. Put new tire on top of wheel, lube tire beads, force bottom and top beads over top of wheel, fill tire with air to proper pressure, remove wheel/tire. If you are going to deal with split rims, have someone teach you in person or you could be hurt or killed.
