legal system?

The legal system recognizes everyone. The problem is that the legal system gives special rights/favors to the rich... ie, OJ getting off free.

Not sure what you are asking: we give the poor an attorney if they can not afford one because that is their constitutional right.

We have the best justice system money can buy. . . You just have to be able to afford it.

Personally, I think that a lawyer should base his/her fees on the annual income of the person they are assisting. A percentage thing. And they can't turn away someone because of their economic status. But it will never happen.

As much as they recognize the needs of people who are not socio-economically disadvantaged.
In theory
....but in practice it doesn't work that way.
People with money can hire a competent lawyer.
Poor people are stuck with public defenders who may be competent or abysmally incompetent.

good luck with that as our pres. has taken the legal rights away from the comman american much less the disadvantaged.

What do you mean? Should they have access to the courts? You think only the rich should be able too?
