Sorry dear there is nothing you can do.However I would suggest you to talk to your baby and sing a song for him touch him because you are eating something spicy that he did not like and that is why it is moving.Try on soft food and cold milk at night which will give you a nice sound sleep to both of you.GOOD LUCK DEAR.

My wife had the same problems and induced at 38 weeks because our daugther was practicing to be a black belt. We talked to our doctor and she recommended bed rest or inducing early as an option if we wanted it. Good Luck!!

This happened to me , my first daughter , I sware love to kick me in the lungs at night. I would have a warm to hot bath and for some reason she didn't like it and she would reposition herself in the womb. Hang on there is not far to go !

Try laying on your right side when you lay. The baby may change position to get comfortable.

Sorry, but that is what the baby is going to do. :) Think about the amount space your baby has... it is really cramped in there. one of the many pleasures of being pregnant.

:) best of luck to you and your baby! Congrats!
