Well actually, in this case, "polka dot" is just another adjective. There are FOUR adjectives connected to the noun, Bikini:
1 Itsy bitsy
2 Teeny weeny
3 Yellow
4 Polka dot
That should mean that the bikini is yellow.
OK I don't know actually. It still could be yellow polka dots.

I think about this every time I see that damn commercial!
I've always pictured a white bikini with yellow polka dots...
having a yellow bikini with polka dots of any color just doesn't seem right.

the bikini. most times polka dots are white unless otherwise specified so I say yellow bikini with white polka dots

it can go either way it could be a yellow bikini with polka dots or a bikini with yellow polka dots. which every way you want it
