My little brother was in an elevator that was going down into the river and I knew he would drown, but I couldn't move to save him. Also, there was a fire in our house, and I couldn't get to my boys and couldn't get the voice to come out to wake them up. It's always about not being able to help people I love. I hate those.

After my little brother died, I dreamt two medium size Rotweillers came walking into my bedroom through the wall. I was overcome with unbefore realized fear. My heart was racing so hard I thought I was going to pass out in the dream. They looked at me and I had the sense that one of them was my little brother. They turned and walked back through the wall and through mid air like it was solid ground and I could still see them in the dream. I've never had a nightmare since. I've never been afraid of anything since. I have more peace now than ever before in my life. Kinda of a turning point.

My scary nightmares are usually about the scary stories people tell me or how my family will die or how I will die.
1 dream: All together: I once had a dream that my mom and dad and my sister and I were in my room because I said i was scared and I thought there was a ghost. So they went in and then we saw two dolls ( Chucky and bride someone told me a story about them) and I got scared even more because the got to walk fast towards my parents and then they took out my kitchens knife and he threw it at them. So they both died and me and my sister ran out the door when I said hurry melannie!! But i could not see her so I looked back and she was on the groung dead and i started crying when i looked up from her and they shot a knife at me and i fell and died next to my dad, mom, and sister. That was a scary dream. please vote me best answerer i am on level 1 still!!

My most frightening nightmares are not of any one thing or event but an impending and growing feeling of doom, like a task will take an eternity. I then wake up disoriented.

i was being chased by a giant nose on roller skates down my street. my mom and brother were with me and they ran into the library and left me out in the street. the nose stood over me and started to "sniff" me up and then i woke up.
this dream happened when i was like 5. it was the scariest thing ever.

That there was a 2 year drought and the crops didn't grow. We lost the family farm and had to move to suburbia.

Well I sometimes get these dreams that are like fast moving things and they are really really scary. They don't make any sense but they terrify me!

was dreaming that i am sleeping, and then i wake up in my dreams and hear the sound of anklets, i am walking around my house in my dream and see no one, a door opens into which i go and start praying ..........suddenly someone touches my shoulder from behind ....and i wake up screaming that's it ,,,,,never got that scared
