Its my Birthday on July 31st, I'll be 23. Any ideas for a girl with very little money?

I don't have any idea why this struck me as a fun idea, but at least it would be cheap.
Have a pajama party...just think a co-ed slumber party, just what you wanted when you were 13 and throwing them!
Have you friends bring a majority of the beverages,food et al. Rent some movies, require that pj's must be worn for the majority of the party,play all the asine(but fun nonetheless) games that slumber parties generate (ie "light as a feather,stiff as a board",Ouiiji board,pillow fights)and toast your birthday on the stoke of midnight.
It sounds fun to me...maybe I'll do it for my 35th!

Get together with all your friends and have a pot luck birthday party. The gift is the food they bring and everyone can enjoy it. You need to supply a dish also. Maybe you should make the cake, then you can have your favorite flavor.

Happy early birthday!! Maybe you could ask your parents to take you out to dinner on your birthday, maybe invite 1 or 2 very close friends to go with you.

Usually what I do when I don't have money, I organize a bring and chill, so everyone that i invite comes with something he/she like, men bring alcohol and women brings the food. We plan together and later on it turns out to be a great party.

Pack a very nice picnic and a bottle of wine, invite a few close friends, go to a nice park or beach and enjoy a lovely afternoon with close mates.

May be you can make a small party. You can inviting you best friend because a small party just drop few money. If you don't want to listen my opinion no problem. I hope you growing is beautiful, longevity, healthy always.

Hint to your friends that its your birthday but can not afford a party some body may catch the hint and tee it off with other friends and throw you a surprise party.

Have a potluck party. Your friends bring food and the adult beverages; you put out chips and salsa and a couple 2-liter bottles of soda pop. Put on your favorite CD or DVD and enjoy yourself. It is super cheap and fun.

get your friends to take you somewhere, if they don't use the power of guilt...it's always fun!! or u could just go hang out at the beach or somewhere else that's free and cool...but that's just me do what you want...oh and Happy Birthday!!
