My step mother gave me the shower along with my aunt. Both of them are directors. I don't know if it was done on purpose or just a mistake. Should my aunts be mad?

It could have been an oversite. I had to give my shower hosts a complete list of those I wanted there to make sure some people were not forgotten. On the other hand, your aunts can throw you a shower hosted my your mom's side of the family. It's done all of the time. But let it go. Being worried about these things can ruin you.

It may have been a mistake. I would ask her and if it wasn't a mistake, I would tell her how offended you are and maybe try to make it up to your aunts in some way.
Your aunts are probably hurt and insulted.
Maybe it was all a mis understanding.

well i think that maybe you should have a little get together with them and explain the mistake and tell them you had no control but make them feel wanted and have somethin for you and then to hang out!

If they are angry, it shouldn't be at you. They know the relationship they have with you and the host--if it is good, they will be confused, not mad.
