Yes a strut bar connects to the shock towers and greatly reduces frame wrap. This in turn allows for the car to be stiffer, thus making handling better.

Yes. As stated above, it makes the uni-body more rigid. It also depends on the car body. Tying the towers together on a Cavalier will not make it perform like a Corvette.

yeah if your into that sort of thing...it will make the car feel faster to...kinda like a loud exaust does. you might notice alittle difference maybe if youve been driving the car for awhile...but its kinda kiddie to spend money on somthing like that unless the whole machine is serious....many other things like quality bushings and shocks make a much larger difference in handling.
