based on sex....what i mean to ask was ....welll i feel like our relationship is based on sex because if we dont have it ....we dont get along....we have been together for a very long time and we have two kids

It's bad to have a relationship based solely on sex, but when you don't have sex at all there's some major issues there. There has to be physical contact too.

Most long-term relationships need that intimacy to continue to grow and show affection for each other. So, find ways to be intimate with each other before leading to sex. Couples go through alot of ups and downs whenit come to sex. Nothing new. You have to work at anything that's worthwhile.
