The closest thing would be to get help with closing costs from the seller, which could possibly put you in the house having no money down at all.. but you would still have a mortgage to pay monthly.

Check out government programs/loans. The only thing is if you go that route they will be a hold on the title, so that when you go to sell... you still owe them. Good Luck
