Here's a simple solution to rid your house of fleas with things you probably already have around the house. Before going to bed at night, simply fill a cookie pan about halfway with some really soapy water, then place it in the center of the infested room(s) of the home. Now find a short desk lamp and position it 12-18 inches over the cookie pan. It may sound like a strange and weird solution but what happens is that since this technique is most effective at night, the fleas will be attracted to the light over the cookie pan, as they try jumping towards it of course will not be able to grasp or cling on to it so they simply fall into the soapy water below with no way or jumping out!!! Let me know how it works out for you.

Buy a bug bomb at the store. They work good. You set them off and they fog up the room and after a few hours you can go back in and do normal activities. You have to buy one for each room in your house. If it doesnt work do it once more. Make sure your animals(if any) have been bathed. All the fleas should be gone or close to gone. If not more drastic measures may have to be taken

They have flea bombs. That go off and should destroy all the fleas in a certain area. Once this is done everything needs to be sanitized.

If animals brought in the fleas....get collars. Fleas can be the source of disease.

Call your local vet and they normally will tell you which products are safe for humans & pets. It takes a systematic approach. Flea collars don't do squat and could actually make your pet sick. You have to treat the ENTIRE environment.

Be careful in case anyone in your family has asthma or allergies, in that case consult your family physician first!

if they are all around ur house.. try to buy a raid flea fog n open it inside the room.... u are gonna need one for each room n to get out of the house for at least 30 minutes. try to vacuum everyday, and to pour calcium calcite outside ur house (buy it at home depot or lowes)... cause if u only do the inside of the house then when ur pets go outside they will bring the fleas back into the house again..... the calcuim calcite (white powder) usually comes in 20 lbs bags.... it really help in my house
