The United States of America as a political union should be erased from the face of the earth and replaced with a union similar to the European Union so as to have true democracy for the people there as well as the world and not hipocracy from the president.

Can't decide who is worse- you for asking to this horrible question, or the 'people' who actually recommend countries for mass murder. Just for fun? Well, looking at the news these days, this is something no one should be joking about. GROW UP!
And to Blah Blah - Africa is a continent, not a country. And you don't want to see them suffer anymore? Well, I'm sorry it spoils your tea time when starving children appear on your tv screen. Are you doing anything to make their lives better (apart from suggesting to erase them all from the face of the earth)?????

too many people are too quick to choose the USA as their answer. fair enough, a lot of the current problems with global politics are as a direct result of the USA's actions, but can you imagine a world where it had just disappeared? the power vacuum would spark world wide war. NATO can't operate effectively without the US, and would be powerless to stop the aggressive middle eastern countries, or northern korea from invading other countries. nuclear proliferation would be unstoppable, and there's a pretty good chance it would end in armageddon. so think about that next time you're wishing the americans away.
(i'm english by the way, and not a massive fan of the USA, but appreciate how integral they are to global 'stability')

i have to say i don't think the question is the culprit in hatemongering. i think the question is fantastic. the fact that people can be so resolute about wiping a country off the map is disturbing. especially when the iranian president said something very similar to everyones shock. surely every place has lovely people in balance with nasty ones. thats life. how can getting rid of a country solve anything. some of you people are worrying to say the least. but i do agree with country and western going. we could all do with less of that :)

I agree with "Gippy" and the one that says USA should live in a 3rd world country for awhile where suicide bombers roam and they aren't allowed to show their face or speak when feel like it or just born to breed....etc.

Mine the US. Most of the people here are stuck up and think we're the king ****. we suck we'll stop being a world power eventually then we're screwed because everyone hates us. And we need to stop trying to police the world.
