How would I convert a BIN picture to, say, a jpg, or something I could work with easier?

I was sent a picture in an odd format, and I can't save it to my yahoo photos site. What gives? I can see the picture, but only in explorer. Please, be specific with the details and steps, as I am not that computer savvy.

EEEeek, I appreciate that, but is there anyway I could do so without downloading anything? That always makes me uncomfortable.

If u can see the image in browser then using print screen, copy the image and paste ut in paint and save as Jpg

Use WinISO to convert it to another format.
